Arbitration Rules. The Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules. In the event of a conflict between this agreement and the Rules, this agreement shall govern. The rules applicable to attorney-client and work-product privileges, and to settlement offers, will be honored in the Arbitration as though the case were being determined in a Pennsylvania State or federal court.
